Abstract (EN)

In today's wireless environment, voice and data transmission has a very recent development and changes, although it has a recent past. the number of mobile phone users registered in operators in our country is around 75.06 million as of 2017. By the end of 2018, the number of base stations will be around 100 000, according to the results of BTK data. The fact that the number of base stations is so high and the numbers of mobile phones are increasing rapidly has brought serious problems in terms of health and safety. In the short term, serious health problems require proactive measures in the long term. At the same time, risks should be ignored.
