Abstract (EN)

In this work, some triazoles and their amino derivatives compounds were firstly reacted with ethyl bromoacetate followed by hydrazine hydrate to give the corresponding acetohydrazide compounds. Hydrazides were converted to carbo (thio) amides by treatment with iso (thio) cyanates cyanates and then obtained 1,2,4-triazole compounds were obtained following by ring closure in alkaline conditions. The synthesis of compounds 110-114, 143-146, 149-151, 165-168, which can be considered as conazole derivatives, was carried out starting from the triazoles. The treatment of the active hydrogen compounds 105, 122-124, 132, 137, 138, 160, 175 with suitable amines in the presence of formaldehyde afforded the corresponding Mannich bases. At the end of the study, the synthesis of the ring containing the fluoroquinolone skeleton was planned. For this purpose, 4-fluoroaniline was first treated with diethyl (ethoxymethylene) malonate. The compound corresponding to the cyclization reaction with diphenyl ether was then obtained.The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectroscopic methods and elemental analyses and all compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activities. Some of them were found to possess good-moderate activities.
