The effect of using of discussion types in educational improvement activities which implemented in penal institutions on prisoners listening skills

Criminal Execution Institutions are governed by special regulations, which have been executed by law enforcement and criminal groups, which are different from the criminal groups and their species. Women and men in criminal capital institutions are in different locations than age, gender and criminal groups. Many activities are available as service elements in prison institutions where convicted/detainees hosted by different groups. Education-enhancing efforts from these activities are extremely important for the country's policy after the release of convicted/detainees. The purpose of this study is to establish whether social- cultural activities, used in training and development activities, are used in the training and development of education, such as the debate, panel, forum, open session, and whether social-cultural activities can be improved in practice, and whether or not to improve their activities on the ability to listen to convicted/detainees. This research was carried out with 122 volunteers who were chosen by the University of New Affairs, the Inaugural Women's Department of Corrections, the Bursa E Type Closed and Open Criminal Execution Institution, primary school, secondary school, high school and university bananas (random) methods from the Bursa H-Type Criminal Execution Agency. The study has been analyzed by five different achievements tests, designed by the researcher, to measure the ability to understand what it is listening to, and the statistical analysis software has been analyzed. The success of the inmates/detainees has shown a significant difference between the use of discussion and the last test between the use of the discussion and the final test. At the end of the investigation, some recommendations were expressed by leaving the findings. Keywords: Criminal execution institutions, skills of listening, convictions, types of discussion
