Jury in criminal procedure

The lay participation in the criminal proceedings as a jury was examined in the thesis. The jury, which is located at the stage of prosecution and adjudication, was handled as the subject of the criminal process. The subjectivation of lay persons as a jury has been analyzed in the sample of criminal procedure law of the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Austria and Russia. Regarding the legal dogmatic of criminal process, the procedural relations established by the jury and the judicial proceedings of the jury were explained.
