Abstract (EN)
In recent years, research and develop of alternative energy sources has become mandatory due to the energy crisis in the world, the increase in energy prices, the increasing energy demand and the decrease in non-renewable energy resources to meet this demand. For meet in a manner clean, economic and safe the world's growing energy needs has increased importance of renewable energy sources. Too one of these sources is wind energy which has the highest growth rate in electricity generation. To convert of kinetic energy produced by wind into electrical energy are used the wind turbines. Wind turbines are used in two different ways as constant speed and variable speed. Kinetic energy produced by the wind is often variable. In order to use this change more efficiently and to increase the turbine efficiency, mostly is preferred the production of variable speed wind turbines. In the variable speed wind turbine systems are generally preferred sencron generators and double feed induction generators. In the DFIGs can be controlled separately active and reactive power. Because the DFIG's power electronics converting power is less than the power of the system, its cost is low. DFIGs are durable and stable against disturbing effects. Due to such advantages, its use has increased in recent years. However, because DFIGs have a complex model and many parameters, it is very difficult to control. In this thesis, the structure and control of double feed induction generator based variable speed turbines are examined. For control of the double fed induction generator based variable speed wind turbine system is applied vector control algorithm. DFIGs consist of two bi-directional power electronics converters connected to each other due to the fact that they can be a double-sided energy flow. Variable speed control with the converter circuit connected to the rotor side is intended. The parameters of the whole system were determined and the mathematical model was created. A durable and applicable high-performance, double fed induction generator control system for use in variable speed wind turbines has been created. In addition, for the control of DFIG is designed the drive circuit board. For to design the algorithm of the doubly feed induction generator is used the MATLAB/Simulink program. For to design the driver board is used AUTODESK / Eagle computer package program. The designed system algorithms have been successfully run as simulation and experimental. Simulation results and experimental results are given. Of the created system algorithms and the drive circuit board applicability to variable speed wind turbine systems have been successfully proven.
