Abstract (EN)

The supply chain is defined as a vast network that extends from the raw material stage of a product to its final reach to the end consumer. In companies where the structure of the supply chain is properly established, it ensures availability, correct stock, low cost, and the production of the product at the best quality. Although the supply chain has gone through various crises over the years, the global pandemic in 2019 deeply affected supply chain management. Companies faced stock problems, container problems, and high increases in product raw material and logistics costs in ways they had not previously encountered. The focus of this study is on the changes and problems that arose in the supply chain after the Covid-19 crisis and to examine the measures taken by companies against these changes and problems and to present the results of different applications compared to the pre-pandemic period in the supply chain. The research adopts a qualitative research method and uses interview techniques. Through interviews with various managers from sector stakeholders, the changes that took place in companies after the global crisis and the measures taken against them were discussed and attempts were made to reveal what the post-crisis applications were. As a result, the research provides suggestions on how companies should approach potential problems in the supply chain after similar crises such as Covid-19 and how their proactive approach should be in dealing with such crises
