Geopolymer production depends on aluminosilicate precursors, yet limited access to industrial by-products necessitates exploring natural alternatives. This study aims to investigate the fresh and hardened properties of geopolymer mortar by utilizing stone wool kiln ash in varying dosages in a one-part ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS)-based, fiber-reinforced geopolymer activated with sodium hydroxide. The fresh and hardened properties were evaluated, including workability, setting time, compressive strength, flexural strength, water absorption, drying shrinkage, and efflorescence and alkali leaching observations. Ultrasonic pulse velocity, a non-destructive test, was also conducted on the produced samples. The microstructural features were also investigated using X-ray diffraction (\ac{XRD}). The long-term outcomes of this study will provide a roadmap to industry stakeholders, encouraging them to develop new business models to successfully implement raw material transformation and adapt one-part fiber-reinforced geopolymer products for the circular economy. The study will offer insights and recommendations for different geopolymer mix designs and compositions. Finally, the study will contribute to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 9, 11, and 13 established by the United Nations.
