The disagreements of judge Abi Yusuf with imam Abi Hanifa in the communiqué (Bab-i da'wa) / مخالفات القاضي أبي يوسف للإمام أبي حنيفة في باب الدعوى

In this research, I have analyzed some important provisions regarding the communiqué (bab-ı da'wa) in the Hanafi madhhabs. I carefully studied the caliphate issues between Imam Abu Hanifa and Imam Abu Yusuf. I started my research by writing brief summaries of the lives of Imam Abu Hanifa and Imam Abu Yusuf. In this research, I touched on the points that I needed the most. Then I explained the controversial issues in the reliable books of the Hanafi school. Then I divided the issues into seven parts. Then I divided it into seven parts according to the Imams' method of separating the issues and stated that there were similarities between these parts. Later, while describing the issues, I explained the points of agreement and disagreement between both Imams. I have separated the controversial points of many similar issues. Then I gave the opinion of both Imams. Then I added the proofs of both Imams. Then I discuss that evidence. Then I determine my preferred subject. Then I wrote down the preferences of Imams in other madhhabs, if found. Then I wrote down the issues and considerations that are important to those who research these issues.
