Abstract (EN)

There are many surgical treatments for developmental hip dysplasia and neuromuscular hip dislocation. Salter, steele, ganz, pemberton and dega are some of them. In this study, we applied dega acetabuloplasty method to the patients. This method was published in 1969 by Wiktor Dega. In this study, we investigated the early postoperative results of patients with developmental hip dysplasia and neuromuscular hip dislocation who underwent dega acetabuloplasty. Between 2015 and 2019, 24 patients and 31 hips who met operating conditions were included in the study. There were 16 female and 8 male patients. Patients with developmental dislocation of the hip and patients with neuromuscular dislocation were evaluated separately. The acetabular indices of 14 hips with dysplasia of developmental hip were measured. It was seen that the preop value of 34,9 degrees decreased to 19,5 degrees in postop period. When the preoperative and postoperative values of acetabular index were compared, it was found to be statistically significant. Preoperative and postoperative migration index of 17 neuromuscular diseased hips were measured. The preoperative value was 84,3 and the postoperative value was 8,5. When the preoperative and postoperative values of the migration index were compared, it was found to be statistically significa
