Abstract (EN)

Paper industry is among the world's top 5 industries. Likewise paint industry still belongs to the world's largest chemical industry with five major industries. Another of its similarities to the present discovery of the paper and paint industries is always kept secret from the recipe. In the paper industry is the secret recipe of each manufacturer and even today they are special. Especially in natural colors, prescriptions are always kept secret.Natural dyes have remained in the 19th century after the discovery of synthetic dyes.Most of the natural prescriptions can not reach the daylight. In this research paper was produced by adding natural dye to pulp. It is also aimed to improve the adherence of natural dye to wood fiber. Obtaining natural paint; pine (Pinus brutia) peel and onion peel will be used. The wood pulp of the Grandis eucalyptus (Eucalptus grandis) tree was used and provided in bleached layers. Natural dyes were obtained by extraction method. Spectroscopic analyzes were stuck on natural dyed papers. In particular, the color difference values, darkness and light values, saturation values, Kubelka Munk values and tone angle values of the papers were examined. As a result, it was determined that dyes obtained from both red pine bark and onion peel adhere to wood pulp. It was concluded that papers dyed with onion skin natural dyes further increased the adhesion rate. It was concluded that alum mordant increased adhesion even more than grape vinegar mordant. If this work can be integrated into the industry, it is certain that there will be both a large amount of employment and economic contribution for our country. Since the work I have done has not been done before, it is completely original and can be used as a source for future studies.
