Abstract (EN)

This Thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the introduction. In the second chapter, I have included previous studies on Sturm-Liouville equations. In the third chapter, I included definitions and theorems used in writing the thesis. In the fourth chapter, I gave the differential equation and the Sturm-Liouville equation to be examined in the thesis. In the fifth chapter, I examined the theorems of the Sturm-Liouville equation for the Jost solutions and the theorems used in the solutions. In the sixth chapter, I examined the problems of direct scattering for the equation studied. In the seventh chapter, I examined the basic equations of the inverse problem for the equation studied. In the eighth chapter, I examined the inequality theorem in order to solve the inverse problem of the studied equation. In the ninth chapter I examined the inverse scattering problem for the equation. I discussed the results obtained in the last chapter.
