Abstract (EN)

In this study, 1,59 milligram FeCl3 contribution was added to 100 mL liters of fuel to improve the physical and chemical properties of to of the fuels prepared after mixing the biodiesel fuel obtained from referance diesel fuel and animal fats at certain rates. These fuels were prepared in the forms of DY (diesel fuel), HB8 (8% animal biodiesel and 92% diesel fuel), HB15 (15% animal biodiesel and 85% diesel fuel), HB35 (35% animal biodiesel and 65% diesel fuel), KHB15 (% 15 animal biodiesel, 85% diesel fuel and FeCl3 admixture) and KHB35 (35% animal biodiesel, 65% diesel fuel and FeCl3 admixture) and the physical and chemical properties were determined after each fuel has been mixed with a magnetic stirrer for 30 minutes and waited. Test fuels were tested on 4 kg, 8 kg and 12 kg loads in a single cylinder, direct spray, water cooled and compressible ratio diesel engine, and the combustion and performance values were taken and evaluated graphically. According to the results of the experiment; it was found that the cylinder internal pressure and the strike density of the test fuels were very close to each other at all loads, and the mass burning rate of doped fuels is lower than the mass burning rate of unalloyed fuels. It was determined that the specific fuel consumption of doped fuels at 8 kg load was 2,56% less than the mere fuels, and the engine torque was 2,71% high, the effective efficiency was 1,9% and the mean effective pressure was 3,22% high.
