Statistical analysis of presence of occupational healthand safety culture of convicts of probation in Gaziantep

This study aims to evaluate the convicts in the Probation Institutions in terms of occupational health and safety culture. The purpose of this study to determinate and evaluate the effects of occupational health and safety culture on convicts working in such as institution / establishment / enterprise with a survey. Training and improvement activities are great importance for rehabilitation of prisoners and detainees in the penal institutions, in other words, in the studies on socialization. In the academic studies, reasons for leading individuals to crime comes from such as lack of education, unemployment, drug addiction and psychological disturbance. In order to ensure that individuals who commit a crime do not commit an offense, to continue their lives as productive and responsible individuals, it is necessary to eliminate the factors that lead the individual to crime, to provide educational support and to have a profession. In this context, probation refers to a community based implementation in which all services, programs and resources required by court in terms of integration of suspects, defendants or convicts in society in line with the auditand inspection plan with in the specified conditions and period. In other words probation is the correction of the behavior of the convicts, which causes them to commit crimes, to prevent the re-offense, to follow the convicts released from the penitentiary institution, to rehabilitate the drugaddicts, to eliminate the harm suffered by the victims and to protect the society in this way . Survey data sets of indicators of Occupancy and Occupational Health and Safety culture of the convicts have been observe and evaluated with the control graphs created by using SPSS 18 statistical analysis method.
