In the transportation of goods by sea absolute irresponsibility cases of the carrier

Maritime transportation has been one of the most important elements of the transportation sector throughout history with its contribution to the sustainability of trade. Maritime transport is assumed to be an economically important mode of transportation. Maritime transportation is one of the most important elements of international trade by overcoming geographical barriers and facilitating the faster and more economical transportation of large-scale cargo. In this thesis, the basic elements of maritime law, especially the regulations made in order to ensure uniform maritime practices, the place and regulations of maritime law in national legislation, the liability regime of the carrier, which is one of the main elements of the carriage activity, and the states of irresponsibility will be examined respectively.
