Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to achieve the opinion of teachers and administrators who have been working in public schools, related to appointment of mandatory changes (rotation) being applied to the school administrators.The sample of the research is 205 administrators and teachers in total who have been working in 50 state schools in Pendik district of Istanbul in year 2012/2013. A survey called Remarks on the School Administrators Rotation prepared by the researcher which also includes a section that demographic information will be obtained is also used. The data collected is recorded to the computer and IBM SPSS Statistics 21 software was used for statistical solutions. After entering the data, percentage, frequency calculations and tables and Chi-Square analysis was used.In the study the opinion of the teachers and school administrators that rotating and not rotating, and it was detected a significant dependence by chi-square, as statistical between the opinions of teachers and administrators according to the variables of gender, school type, years of service in teaching and years of service in administrating.
