Permission process and application problems of the energy facilities established in the state forest

Within the state forests there are various permits given due to community needs. One of these is the energy transmission lines and facilities that make up the subject of this paper. The legal status of energy transfer permits in state forests within the borders of the Republic of Turkey has regulated in article 169 of the T.C. Constitution, in the Forest Law No. 6831 and related regulations. The public institutions that may be allowed to pass the energy transmission line from the state forests are TEDAŞ (Turkish Electricity Distribution Company) and TEIAŞ (Turkish Electricity Distribution Company) General Directorates and the provincial organizations affiliated to these institutions. Then the application documents required for the energy transmission lines and the determination of the payable amounts for the permits with the examples have been given. Furthermore, the number of permits and within the process of permitting the distresses that institutions face and solution proposals have been put forward. Each type of permit granted in state forest areas is of course damaging to forest intrusion and area deterioration integrity. For this reason the permissions to be granted and the audits to be done after the leave are very important.
