Abstract (EN)
In this study, it was aimed at determining the effect of the afforestation of some soil properties in the forest rehabilitation with alder. This study was carried out in 213 bay rehabilitation field at Arhavi Forest Management Directorate For this purpose, soil and nitrogen mineralization samples were taken from beech (7), alder (7), beech + alder plantation areas and 3 control areas. The soil samples were taken 0-5 cm, 5-10 cm and 10-30 cm soil depth and mineralization samples were taken 0-5 cm, 5-10 cm. Nitrogen mineralization study was conducted by the land incubation method. Soil samples in 4 periods and mineralization samples 3 periods were conducted. In soil samples, some soil properties such as texture, pH, organic matter and nitrogen mineralization total nitrogen and carbon nitrogen ratio measurements were made. At the end of study, because of first year of study, effects of differences of vegetation plantation were not found on soil properties in the level of statistic.
