Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the change in the annual hematological parameters in female White Goats (1.5 age n: 5; 2.5 age n: 5) was investigated. As a result of the study, erythrocyte (RBC), hematocrit (Htc) and hemoglobin (Hb) levels, decrease in high temperature months, increase in temperature months are statistically significant (P<0.01). In female White Goats leukocyte (WBC), lymphocyte (Lym), granulocyte (Gra) and monocyte (Mon) monthly levels were found to be statistically significant (P<0.01). Again in the same study WBC, Gra and Mon increased in high temperature months, Lym levels were decreased. Thrombocyte (THR) values have a significant effect on seasonal variation (P<0.01). RBC, Htc, Hb and THR values in the months of high temperature showed that the decrease in blood plasma volume in summer may be the result of hemodilution. In the study, WBC, Gra and Mon, suggested that the increase in the values may have the effect of immunological regulation and the effect of different physiological periods in months of high temperature.
