Abstract (EN)

In this thesis: The relationship between work and health is bidirectional, and the effect of mobbing on the level of interaction between each other will be revealed. Mobbing is a workplace disease that has been going on since the first working life, although it is just beginning to be mentioned today. The intense and destructive effects of mobbing increase the need to approach this action with sensitivity. Employees who lose their jobs and health during the mobbing process are damaged emotionally, physically and economically. Mobbing studies, which have a direct impact on socio-psychology and socio-economic studies, has recently become a concept that is frequently researched by those working on organizational psychology and organizational behavior, and that most employees know and use in their workplaces. Mobbing, which can be expressed as intimidation, suppression, ignoring, harassing or psychological violence, is a workplace nightmare that brings many negative consequences. One of these negative results is undoubtedly related to the performance of the employee. Status conflict, passive leadership, etc. as potential risk factors. Conditions such as unmanageable time, fatigue, lack of self-confidence arise due to factors. In this study, it is aimed to reveal whether there is mobbing against the employees in the workplace and the effect of existing mobbing on occupational health. The subject of the research is to determine whether the personnel of Natural Gas Distribution Companies are exposed to mobbing and its effects on occupational health. Research Natural Gas Distribution Company personnel; A questionnaire will be applied to 100 personnel, 50 women and 50 men. Keywords: Mobbing, Stress, Private Sector, Natural Gas Distribution.
