Abstract (EN)

In this study, a solution has been sought in order to carry out the planning activities effectively in the nonwoven fabric production enterprise. As a result of the analysis of the firm, a decision model has been created for production planning activities and this model is expressed mathematically. Based on this, Bayteks Teknik Tekstil A.Ş. by taking into consideration the fabric production lines of the company, a main production schedule has been introduced with the help of linear programming method. In order to obtain the most benefit in the production plan, data should be expressed in numerical form. Estimates, product trees, capacity constraints are expressed numerically and stated in the decision model. The amount of the products to be produced by the company in the data obtained with the help of the LINGO package program and the time period in which these products should be produced are expressed numerically in the time scale in the main production schedule.
