Investigation of the leading styles of table tennis coaches in Eastern Anatolia

The aim of this study is;To examine the leadership styles of table tennis coaches in Eastern Anatolia in terms of different variables. The universe of the study,table tennis coaches in eastern Anatolia.The sample consisted of 70 coaches, 26 of whom were women and 44 of whom were men.In the collection of research data,The personal information form created by the researcher and the Leadership style questionnaire form of Davit R. Frew were used.There are 20 questions in the leadership scale questionnaire form.The questions were prepared according to the 5-point Likert scale.For the analysis of the data; Descriptive analysis techniques were used with SPSS 22.00 package program.These; Frequency and percentage distribution. Crosstabs Chi Square analysis test was used to examine the relationship between the trainees' demographic characteristics and leadership types.The relationship between the variables and leadership types was evaluated according to P <0.05 significance level.According to the results obtained from the research;No significant relationship was found between leadership styles according to gender, marital status, educational status, coaching period, table tennis sports.A significant relationship was found between age and economic styles according to leadership styles.Very democratic leadership has been observed among those aged between 26-29 years and those who stated that their economic situation is good.
