Abstract (EN)

Climate is the average weather conditions that occur in a specified place and over a long period of time (at least 30 years). Various atmospheric properties combine in certain proportions to form the climate of a place. These properties are called climate elements. Since there is variability in the nature of climate, revealing the changes in climate elements in space and time will also help us understand today's real and possible future changes. For this purpose, temperature, wind speed, humidity and evaporation data of 14 automatic meteorological observation stations located in the Eastern Blacksea Region and Samsun provinces of the General Directorate of Meteorology between 1991-2020 were examined. Data were collected monthly and annual averages were obtained. Mann-Kendall test and Şen Method trend analyzes were performed to determine the trends of the data obtained from the averages. As a result of the analyzes, it was seen that the trend test results were compatible. While the temperature values showed an increasing trend trend, wind and humidity values showed a decreasing trend trend. In order to examine the trend trend differences, annual rainy day numbers and wind directions were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, a decreasing trend in the number of rainy days and the dominant wind direction were determined as southeast.
