Anatomical structure in wood samples, vessels (their tangential and radial diameters, thickness of cell walls, longness of cell, their groups, longness of perforation plates, their number in 1 mnr), rays (their numbers in 1 mm- and 1 mm, their heights and widths), imperforate tracheary elements (their longness, widths, thickness of cell walls, lumen diameters), axial parenchyma have been measured.
