Abstract (EN)

This is a research realized for the purpose of investigating the potentials and possibilities of designing "0" energy touristic habitats for the pilot region of the Black-Sea, Turkey. Due to the geographical properties of the region the transportation of known sources of energy to the high plateaus of the region is a highly expensive solution. Also this many induce several environmental problems. Therefore to meet the energy requirements of the habitats for tourists from the natural sources such as the sun and the wind will result in double-fold advantages: positive contribution to the tourism of Turkey and the economy of the region. The first chapter un folds the energy concerns of the world in general, and Turkey in particuler. The second chapter dwells upon a bungalov starting from» a very rudimentary stage and developing this test material, in the third chapter into a full blown project by continuously testing it with the climatic conditions of the region until the heat loss and again are balanced at 18 °C as the inner comfort temperature. Thus a "0" energy bungalov is created and proposed. In the fourth and the last chapter the findings of the research are revealed, discussed and the social political and organizational consequences are expounded.
