Abstract (EN)
In the study, the biological productivity regarding fish biomass was studied in 3 lakesin the Eastern Black Sea region of Turkey. The Morpho Edaphic Index has been the mean criterial applied for the lakes, Sera; (landslide set lake), Uzungöl; (alluvial set lake) and Borcka (reservoir) lake.At the study scope, physico-chemical and biological properties of lakes ( temperature, pH, electrical conductivity, oxygen saturation , TDS, suspended solids, secchi disc depth, chlorophyll-a) were determined on an monthly basis throughout the year. By means of fish biomas data were analysed find out a Uzungöl?s MEI; 17,03, Sera Lake?s MEI; 13,57, Borcka Dam Lake?s MEI; 5,57. According to the MEI estimations, the annual fish biomas was found to be 8,5 kg tonnes/ha.Key Words: Sera lake, Uzun lake, Borcka Dam Lake, Morpho-Edaphic index, fish biomass.
