Abstract (EN)

SUMMARY The Investigation of Anatomical and Morphological Features of some Scrophularia L. ( Scrophulariaceae) Taxa in East Blacksea Region In this study, five Scrophularia L. taxa were examined in point of morphological and anatomical features. The examined species were collected in their vegatation periods from Rize, Trabzon and Gümüşhane in 2001. The collected plants were stored as herbarium and fixation materials. Herbarium materials were used to determine the morphological features whereas fixation ones were used for anatomical investigations. At the anatomical studies, cross section were taken from stems of S. chrysantha, S. scopolii var. adenocalyx, S. olympica, S. sosnowskyi, S. canina taxa breadthly. From the leaves of taxa, sections were taken not only breadthly but also superficiary. After the permanent slides were prepared from these sections, they were used for anatomical studies. The compared anatomy of the taxa determined in thi study was investigated firstly and some morphological and anatomical differences were found. It was seen that the presence and absence of idioblasts at the leaf mesophyl was an imported difference as systematicly. Key Words: Scrophularia, Scrophulariaceae, Morphology, Anatomy VI
