Doğu Karadeniz bölgesinde yetişen salicaceae familyasına ait bazı doğal taksonların odun anatomileri

Wood Anatomy of Some Taxa of Salicaceae in The East Black Sea Region It has been studied for finding out the anatomical properties of some native taxa of Salicaceae that grown in the East Black Sea Region of Turkey. In order to determine anatomical properties of 12 taxa of this family, wood samples have been taken between 0 and 2000 metres of Samsun, Giresun, Trabzon, Rize, Artvin and Bayburt areas. Anatomical characteristics of wood taxa have been investigated in this study. Anatomical structure in wood samples; vessels (their tangential and radial diameters, thickness of cell walls, longness of cell, their groups, longness of perforation plates, their number in 1 mm2 ), rays (their numbers in 1 mm2 and 1 mm, their heigths and widths), fibres (their longness, widths, thickness of cell walls, lumen diameters), axial parenchyma, pith flecks (callus tissue) have been measured.
