Abstract (EN)

Since we started to produce and shape polymers, it experienced significant growth in many sectors that contributed to the industry and economic development. That is why research and development activities in polymer science have increased swiftly, and composite production based upon polymeric material has become widespread with the development of material science today. Due to its lightweight, high strength, forming conveniences, and low cost. Besides plastics being used commonly, they can answer more requirements with the developments in material science. To meet the needs of the plastics industry, enterprises need to analyze the production and quality parameters with a model and being presented them in a planned structure. In this study, low and high-density polyethylene matrix material belonging to the widely used Polyolefins group of thermoplastics was used, and experiment samples were produced to reflect the characteristics effectively of the data set by strengthening it with mussel powder. Regression models were generated to can model the production parameters. In the regression model, a dummy variable was used indicating the force-dependent variable, and primary pressure, secondary pressure, cool down time of the shell used and plastic material in the mold and the type of plastic, and changes in the mechanical behavior of the material were modeled for samples by the production parameters. This work, a hybrid model suggestion, presents the optimization of production parameters. It aims to produce more quality goods thanks to the proposed method.
