Investigation of suitable coordinate transformation parameters and methods for Duhok region

A long time ago and the city of Dohuk lacks triangulation networks and control points or reference points cadastral due to the lack of a developed and high-qualified equipment in the science survey in this city, then these points of control references are very important that the focus of any city in the world to the need of its importance in the life of the community and learned, including most of the ministries, and the municipal planning and construction, roads and other ministries. Until recently the German firm has established up a network of control points in the city of Dohuk, the system specifically in 2006. the global WGS84 system aims to check the coordinates of the points in a year, because when working on WGS84 system you must verify the coordinates of each year due to the adoption of many of the factors of this system, including magnetic deviation and because coordinates are not fixed systems. So for all these reasons this thesis has been done and the establishment of a network of control points by the advanced GPS system, including the points of the German company to achieve the analysis, this thesis is a kind of service to the universities of Duhok specially Duhok Polytechnic University, and government departments as well, But the international change of format from WGS84 system of the German company (which rounded yearly international reference frames that rely on magnetic north at any constant international reference each year, , which are based on the general 1. To make accurate observations with the device, it was placed on six points of the study network for a period of 6- 8 hours per day to have multiple GPS readings.
