Abstract (EN)
As accelerators differ according to their design and purpose of use, the magnets used in these accelerators also differ in design according to their purpose. In this thesis, the SMQMDesigner program interface, which prepares an input file for the Poisson / Superfish program package, has been developed for solenoid and quadrupole magnet design used in low energy beam transport. Poisson / Superfish software is a program collection that enables a realistic design by taking into account the field distortions in the edge regions in magnet design. With this developed program, both the physical measurements of the selected magnet, the current values passing through the windings, and the graphs of the magnetic field distribution obtained with these values and the 2D design can be obtained. In addition to solenoid and quadrupole designs, Poisson / Superfish input files were prepared for sextupole magnet design used in accelerators.
