The relationship between some antropometric properties and the body imagination and social physical anxiety levels of regular exercise women and exercise women

Thisstudywascarriedoutwith a total of 200 womenandover 29 yearoldwomenwiththe problem of theanthropometricmeasurementvalues of womenaged 29 andolderwholive in thecity of Çukurova, Adana province, andthedifferences in theirsatisfactionwith body regionsandsocialphysicalanxieties. Inthisstudy, theparticipants in theexperimentalgroupwerecomposed of participantswhoplayedsportsfor at least 2 daysand 45 minutes a week. Athletesattemptingtofollowregularlyfor 10 weekshavebeencheckedforregularsportsduringthe 10 weekperiod. As a result of the analysis, it was found that participants' pre-social physical anxiety levels were found to be satisfactory to the pre-bodied regions and to be satisfactory to the post body regions and negative to the post-social anxiety levels and positively meaningful to the postsocial anxiety levels it is determined that there is a relationship. It was also found that as the level of satisfaction of participant individuals with pre-body regions increased, levels of post-anxiety decreased and levels of pleasure from post body regions increased. It has been found that as post social anxiety levels of participant individuals increase, the level of satisfaction with post body regions decreases.
