E-government services quality perception: An application on Bayburt city

The expansion of the Internet in the whole areas of our lives became the reason for a cyber dynamism in state services. Nowadays, many state issues are able to done via the Internet. Thanks to these implementations, named as e-government, both public services are presented more productively and people's access to government services is provided with less effort and cost. This study examines the effects of quality perceptions of the citizens, who use e-government services, on their e-satisfaction and continuance intentions. E-government users in Bayburt City Center constitute the extent of this investigation. The datas of this study were obtained with face-to-face survey method. Data analysis was done with SPSS 21 and AMOS 20 programs. The validity of the scales used in the study is confirmed with second level confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that, the citizens' perceptions of e-government service quality effects their e-government service satisfaction and intentions for continuance. Also, the citizens' e-government service satisfaction effect their intentions for continuance.
