Abstract (EN)
In recent years, the giddy development of knowledge and communication technology and globalization lead to a social transformation and because of this event, a society which named knowledge society occured. As a result of this transformation, the aims that activation of government association and foundation, enlargement of knowledge flowing between government and citizen, improvement of democracy and becoming transparency of government, bring out the ideas of presenting public sevices with electronics way. At a glanre of USA (United State of America), England, Canada and Singapore, which came forward on knowledge and communication technology and education level, these countries had benefits from presenting public services with electronics way. In this respect, electronic government's importance is well understood. In the study, knowledge society, structural frame of electronics government, various countries applications, electronics government application in Turkey and national model action are taken up.
