Abstract (EN)

One of the first concerns of Muslim scholars throughout the ages is the principles of Islamic jurisprudence because of its importance as it is a source of knowledge of the provisions of halal، haram، worship، duties and sunan. One of the most important sections of the jurisprudence: Jurisprudence transactions، it is a daily need in the transaction life of a Muslim. One of the jurists interested in this section of jurisprudence Ebussuud Efendi، who wrote a footnote (Al hashyah) on the chapter of the sale from the book " AL-Inaye fi Sharh Al-Hidayah Bidayat al-Mubtadi" by Islamic scholar Burhan al-Din AlMarghinani and still until this time manuscript. Because of its importance, it was chosen, achieved, and studied in this thesis. In this abstract, research objectives will be presented, its scientific value, the difficulties that the researcher faced, the most important ideas presented in the thesis and the results that were reached. The thesis contains introductions and tow chapters The first chapter: It includes a profile of Ebussuud Efendi, the book (AlHidaya), its author Al-Marghinani, and the book (AL-INÂYE) and his book Al-Babarti The second chapter: It includes the manuscript and that the manuscript is attributed to its owner, its data, and the researcher's plan in the investigation, and then the verified text.
