Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is; to evaluate the efficiency of the activities implemented in prisons for the sake of the convicts to prepare them for (to entegrate them into) the social life, by studying the examples in the penitentiary system. In our study, we tried to evaluate the effects of the restoration and rehabilitation activites that are the basis of judicial execution on the convicts. In the field study in prisons, we observe the activities implemented in these institutions in order for the convicts to resocialize and rehabilitate. The problems in the applications are tried to determine and some positive suggestions are offered. One of the most important deficiencies found in this study is the arrangement of the vocational trainings that helps the victims to entegrate into social life without considering the economic needs of our days and the current business sector. In our study, we came to the opinion that, the courses and vocational trainings that convicts have in prison don't help them after release and are insufficient for their access to the labour market. The investigations and different procets in this field are thought to be important steps to contribute their entegration to the social life.
