Abstract (EN)

The aim of the study is to investigate the items and test parameters with the scale points obtained with the developed Scale of the Perception of Educational Value according to the Classical Test Theory and the Graded Response Model of Item Response Theory. The study is a basic research in which data was collected by using purposeful sampling method from 2872 secondary school students who are from Gaziantep City. The Scale of Perception of Educational Value's measurement invariance was tested with multigroup confirmatory factor analysis by gender and it was seen that the strict invariance had been ensured. It was seen at the study's results that item distinctiveness' correlation among the theories were high level in the positive direction, the correlation among the items' validating rates were high level in the negative direction and the relationship among the perceptions of educational value was high level in the positive direction. According to the CTT, Cronbach Alpha was calculated as .76 and according to the IRT, parameter of the marginal reliability was calculated as 77.
