Education examiners audit recommendations have brought the end of performance by level of school administrators (Example of the city of Diyarbakır)

In this study, It has been aimed to suggest so that the accomplishment level of suggestions that education supervisors suggested after the supervising is revealed by the school managers, the school managers? and supervisors?s duties carry out more objectively and scientifically. In the study,it has been mentioned the importance of education management and supervising, the importance of supervising,the duties and responsibilities of primary education instution?s managers, the duty and authority of education supervisors,the supervising of instution and manager, the opinions of primary education instution?s managers and supervisors about accomplishing the results of the supervising In the study, the answer of the following questions has been studied 1.What are the personal and ProfeSsional qualifications of the supervisors and managers repliying the questionnaire? 2.According to primary school managers and supervisors, what is the level of accomplishment of the suggestions that suggested as a result of the supervising of primary education supervisors by primary school managers (administrators)? 3.Is this level affected by the personal and profeSsional qualifications of managers and supervisors? 4.Is this view revealing in terms of sub-formats affected by the personal and profeSsional qualifications of managers and supervisors? Here are the findings achieved in the end of the study 1-Primary school managers and supervisors partially comprehend the level of accomplishment of the suggestions of instution supervising. 2-Here are the results related with how the level of suggestions accomplishments affected the managers and supervisors in various qualifications; according to primary school managers, the one whose seniority is 1-10 to 11 and more than 11,the one who have manager appellation to the one who is alternate,the one who is in city center to district center, the one who was supervised before to the one who wasn?t supervised indicate that they accomplish the suggestions more. 3-Related with the suggestions accomplishment to their formats, they expreSs their opinions at the level of Partially in the sub-formats Educations-İntruction,Phsical Situation and mostly in the sub-formats ?Account,Office Supply, Fixture and Circulating capital stuffs?. It has been determined Education-Instruction Statue is the lowest level of perception ,and ?Office and Students Affairs? is the highest sub-format. 4-Here are the results related with the whether there is a difference between the suggestions accomplishment of the school managers? personal and ProfeSsional qualifications;there are significant variety in all the sub-formats of suggestions according to the situations of duty appellation and being inspected.Here are results of whether there is difference between the suggestions accomplishment in terms of the personal and profeSsional qualifications of managers and supervisors;There is a significant variety in all sub-formats of the suggestions according to duty appellation and education situation.
