Total quality management of education: An application in secondary education in Besiktaş

The purpose of this study; Total Quality Management TQM for the application of theoretical knowledge about the assumptions set out in the light and application in secondary schools: principals, teachers and students in the development of proposals related to the TQM practices for the evaluation. The research universe during the 2015-2016 training and education in the Besiktas district of Istanbul province, teachers and students are creating. Applications survey was conducted on a total of 176. Information obtained from the survey spss'y (The Statistical Packet For The Social Sciences) have been installed and the evaluation was made on frequency for each question. Each question was evaluated under a different frequency table. As a result; The idea is not adequate to the level of some of the schools are expected to increase in spite of all the possibilities of training activities through TQM was obtained. TQM schools benefiting from cultures existing in a cohesive manner to be restructured. TQM, to configure on the already existing educational institutions and the quality must continually renew their applications see it as a model that helps to continuous quality improvement.
