Macro and micro economic indicators in terms of economic performance evaluation

Economic indicators provide important information about the course of a country's economy, its level of development and sophistication.These indicators are of great importance in terms of determining the economic stability and welfare level of the society in a country.However, it is not always possible for macro and micro indicators, which are important for development in countries, to follow a stable course.Negative deviations encountered also cause a decrease in people's living standards and cause a decrease in welfare.In this thesis, the indicators that we can get the chance to monitor the development or backwardness of the countries are discussed.In this context, macroeconomic indicators are discussed in the first part.In the second part of the thesis, the main variables that are important at the international level and in the local of Turkey, in the third part; micro-variables of the real sector were examined.In the fourth and last part, the analysis of the indicators was made based on the data in Turkey.
