Abstract (EN)
In this thesis work, A simple, fast and sensitive voltammetric method has been developed for etoposide, a plant-derived antineoplastic agent with anticancer effects. The electrochemical properties and determination of etiposide were investigated using a disposable pencil electrode (PGE) using square wave (SW) and cyclic voltammetry (CV) methods. Etoposide gave a significant voltammetric response at +0.563 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) (0.00 V and 60 s post-concentration) in Britton Robinson (BR) buffer (pH = 3.0 containing 5 mM SDS) by SW voltammetry method. The electroanalytical method developed using PG electrode was successfully applied to urine and drug samples.
