The patients were divided into two groups: those administered carbetocin and those administered oxytocin. Demographic data of the patients, preoperative hemoglobin value, postoperative hemoglobin value, preoperative hematocrit value, postoperative hematocrit value, at what hour they performed 1000 cc diuresis, additional uterotonic needs, total uterotonic amount received were scanned from the files and transferred to the data form. Results: When uterotonic carbetocin and oxytocin were compared, it was determined that oxytocin was more advantageous than carbetocin in terms of its effects on diuresis. Discussion and Conclusion: A prospective scientific study can be conducted regarding the effects of both drugs on diuresis for closer follow-up from the moment of drug administration.
