Abstract (EN)

SUMMARY In this work, the crystal structure and physical properties of Ag-difused Bi1.6Pbo.4Sr2Caz3Cu3.3O10 by electrodifiiision were investigated. Possibilities of fabrication of Ag-sheathed superconducting Bi1.6Pbo.4Sr2Caz3Cu3.3O10 and tapes presents a large practical interest. Phenomena of interdiflusion in Ag- Bi1.6Pbo.4Sr2Caz3Cu3.3O10 and structures at stages of heat treatments on fabrication of Ag-sheathed tapes and electrodiffiision under passing of electric current finally determine the stability of characteristics and a long-live work of Ag-sheathed tapes. The effect of electrical field on I-V characteristics, the crystalline structure, surface morphology, the superconducting characteristics and the concentration redistribution of Ag and the matrix atoms in Ag- Bi1.6Pbo.4Sr2Caz3Cu3.3O10 -Ag and structures was investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, a critical temperature and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy measurements. The observed concentration distributions of Ag and the matrix atoms of Bi1.6Pbo.4Sr2Caz3Cu3.3O10 and in the near-cathod and near-anod regions of sample, changes of composition, the surface morphology and the critical temperature on these sides of superconductors were explained by electromigration of Ag and the matrix ions.
