Abstract (EN)
Industry 4.0, which is an increasingly important concept, has started to be seen in every field with the development of technology. In this respect, the impact of Industry 4.0 on human resources management has been considered worthy of study in this paper. It is because Industry 4.0 and all the innovation that comes with it affects the labor markets, hence the human resources in the enterprises. In this context, the purpose of this study is to determine whether the claims of theorists about the effects of Industry 4.0 and its innovation in the field of human resources management are reflected in human resources management practices. In this study, the qualitative research design was used as a method and data were obtained from the structured interview and secondary data sources. In-depth interviews were conducted with 8 HR practitioners in the structured interview. Interviews were analyzed with MAXQDA 18. As a result of this paper, it is determined that Industry 4.0 affects the human resources management field.
