Examination of integrated management systems and application example in plastic industry

In today's world, institution's effort to keep pace with developments and great developments in technology has led nations in an advanced competition and an economical race that progresses every day. Continuity of institutions can be possible with providing proper goods and services suitable with customer's demands. Condition for making this more effective is applying Quality Management Systems that aims constantly development and includes designing, manufacturing, marketing and after sales services. Institutions have to obey some criteria's in order to compete in both domestic and foreign market even if they are unwilling to obey. These systems have important role in point of view of prestige and relationships in marketing and because of this they took place in mandatory applications. Studies on all these systems and most of their benefits are seen as common or connected. Thus, many institutions began switching to integrated management systems in these days. Plans of integrated management system for each institution and their execution must be done in the way of that institution's needs and requirements. In this study, foundation and application of integrated management system for plastic industry is investigated. It is a major problem for the industry that decomposition of plastic materials takes many years and contamination makes people think negative about plastic materials. In order to wipe this prejudice, sectors must especially switch to ISO 14001 environment management system and reconsider their environmental awareness. In our work we have selected 7 different countries and these countries are developed, medium and low economies. These countries, when compared to other countries, give privileges to the sectors. At the same time, another sector has been dealt with and the selection of these sectors can be used on the shores of industrial and service-oriented industrial sectors; Whereas in the industrial sector, the rates of certification have been determined. Today, companies are able to show their care about their quality of products, environmental awareness and their respect of employees with ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, respectively.
