Abstract (EN)

Preschool, primary school and middle school periods play a highly significant role in the development of children's personality and character. During this process, it is crucial to provide education that aligns with their developmental characteristics. In this study, it is discussed how the concept of Ikhlas (sincerity) can be conveyed through visual memory techniques in the light of Sufi concepts during these educational stages, ensuring that children learn by experiencing and having fun. First, the characteristics of children in preschool, primary school, and middle school ages are examined. By establishing the conceptual framework of moral values, the religious and moral development processes of children in this period are investigated. Additionally, the factors affecting children in this age group and effective methods for addressing these factors are explained. In our research, it is emphasized how the concept of Ikhlas should be learned permanently through the use of visual memory techniques within the framework of Sufi concepts for children in preschool, primary school, and middle school periods. Considering that children are quite active during this stage, special attention is given to supporting their learning in line with this activity. Through visual memory techniques, abstract concepts are concretized, aiming to help children understand these concepts more easily. Moreover, considering children's interest in stories, efforts have been made to convey topics through analogy story examples and visual illustrations. This research aims for children to understand the concept of Ikhlas within the framework of moral education in the context of Sufi concepts.
