Abstract (EN)
Today, the foundations of many laws that require Turkey's financial system, commercial system, socialization and adaptation to globalization were laid in the first roads of the republic. In the preparation of these laws in the Young Republic, there were many historical and structural obstacles in front of the European states to examine the laws and adapt them to Turkey. In the first years of the Republic, and especially in Germany, many anti-war academics had to leave their countries. If you are the most important academy among these, Prof. It is Hirsch. Hirsch was invited to Turkey by Atatürk. The best in the field of commercial law is an academician. prof. Hirsch adapted very quickly to Turkey and learned Turkish in a short time. He came to the forefront with his works on the social, political and social life of the New Republic and the legal order. It also sheds light on the establishment of universities that will meet the requirements of the republican regime, the training of Turkish scientists and especially the construction of legal education. They have undertaken duties for the development of agriculture and industry in Turkey and the construction of the necessary infrastructure, and have worked to promote the agricultural and industrial policies and activities carried out by the Republic of Turkey abroad. Prof. Hirsch took part in many projects for the establishment and development of the modern Turkish legal system and prepared many bills. He made studies on the effectiveness of Atatürk's revolutions such as Turkey's demographic structure, political situation, university reform, self-language movement and Surname Law. One of his major contributions to the development of the Turkish legal system is the preparation of the Turkish Commercial Code dated 1956 and numbered 6762. This blood remained in effect in 2011. Hirsch also made great contributions to the preparation of the 1951 Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, the Trademark Patent, Industry and Utility Models Law, and the 1946 Universities Law, which were influential in shaping Turkish intellectual products. As a result, it is possible to state that one of the most important problems related to finance and foreign trade, the scarcity of income and the determination of the obstacles to the lack of income sources, are among the issues that have survived until today.
