Abstract (EN)

In the study, it is aimed to develop existing clamp producing machine systems for use in flexible pipes and consequently a new machine design. Efforts have been made to produce clamps with higher quality and in a shorter time. The production of existing clamps used in flexible pipes is thought to be carried out in the form of crushing clamps. It has been determined in the analysis that it will have significant advantages over the current systems. It has been determined that, with the machine being put into operation, 60% of human power can be saved, the machine can obtain a product approximately in two seconds and the products will comply with the quality standards. Interviews were held with the institutions, individuals and teams to participate in the study on process evaluation. During the design process, the suitability of the design, manufacturing methods and current problems in implementation and time management were evaluated. It has been emphasized that presenting this design within the specified time is also important in terms of not interrupting other works in the activity. It has been determined that this design will take place in approximately 15 months under normal conditions. In cost evaluations, the demand for the machine or the product to be produced in the domestic and foreign markets and how it can progress in exports were evaluated. It is predicted that it will respond positively to the workload that may occur in the face of mass production and high order requests. Finally, it has been stated that such developments will contribute to the national economy for our developing country and industry. Within this scope, it was stated that design studies should be done with this awareness.
