Abstract (EN)

03.Sumnıary In this study, firstly home-based works have been described, and the the factors affecting home-based works have been examined as well as the working conditions at home. At the same time, social, cultural and the legal requirement have been explained. In the first chapter, the general informations about homeworkers have been given depending on home based works. In the other subjects of this chapter informal economy has been described in relation to home- based works. In the second chapter, the factors affecting home-based works such as economical, technological and family conditions have been investigated. In the second chapter, economical, technological and family factors affecting the homeworkers have been investigated in detail. In the third chapter, the homeworkers have been investigated in terms of economical, social and legal viewpoint. In the fourth chapter, the home-based works in Turkey have been analyzed and statistical evaluations for the homeworkers have been conducted depending on sex and age group, major occupational group, status in employement and branch of economic activity. In the fifth chapter, the homeworkers in the rural areas have been examined. In this chapter, the homeworkers have been examined one by one both the homeworkers agricultural works and for the homeworkers in the unagricultural work. In addition to this, the influences of agriculture policy in Turkey about the homeworkers have been examined. IXIn this chapter the last subject has included position of the homeworkers in the rural tourism areas influences at rural tourism on the homeworkers have been explained and the importance of home-based works for development of rural tourism X
