Özet (EN)

In this thesis; nitrogen forms of soil and C/N ratios for agriculture, forest, and pasture, which are selected as land-use change, are calculated according to soil depth and evaluated with the physical properties of soil. Also, the determination of the amount of inorganic and organic nitrogen in the first 10 cm of the cores taken from these areas was aimed to calculate the amount of dinitrogen oxide (N2O) emission. This study was carried out in agriculture (wheat, corn, vetch) and pasture areas in Muttalip, Eskişehir, and forest, agriculture (wheat) and pasture in Yukarıkalabak, Eskişehir. Physical properties such as pH and electrical conductivity, bulk density, moisture content (gravimetric analysis) and particle size distribution of the soil samples taken by random sampling and grid sampling method were determined in the study area. Total nitrogen was determined by the modified Kjeldahl analysis. Depending on the depth, the characterization of nitrogen was performed using C/N. With the mathematical model and DNDC model, dinitrogen oxide (N2O) emissions were determined from different areas. N2O emission results calculated by the mathematical model were highest in Muttalip agricultural areas. According to the DNDC data, the highest GWP value is in the cultivated wheat field.
