This study was made between April 15, 2016 - July 15, 2016. In the study, the effects on the iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), chromium (Cr) and lipid peroxidation (Malondialdehyde (MDA)) levels in hepatopancreas and carapace of Astacus leptodactylus of addition of iron (Fe) at different ratios in diets of the male crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus) were investigated. For this aim, a control (K) and for treatment (F1, F2, F3, F4) rations were prepared. The control ration constituted 28,60 ± 2,21 mg kg-1 iron. 50 mg kg-1, 100 mg kg-1, 200 mg kg-1 ve 300 mg kg-1 iron sülphate were added to the control ration in order to prepare the treatment rations F1, F2, F3, F4 respectively. The study was carried out with 3 replicates for each dietary treatment. As a result, in the study seen that Astacus leptodactylus did not affect the survival rate that iron was added at different ration in diet of the Astacus leptodactylus. The Cr value in the tissues could not be determined because it was below the standarts. The MDA level in karapax did not determine. It was found that 300 50 mg kg-1 iron supplementation in the control diet was sufficient in the prevention of lipid peroxidation level determined as MDA in hepatopancreas. In addition to, it was observed that the amount of iron in the feed was effect on Fe, Cu and Zn accumulation in the tissues.
